The 23-year-old singer - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta and who has Italian American heritage - has mastered several Italian dishes and says her speciality is pasta and meatballs.
She said: "I love to cook. I am really good at Italian food because I come from a very Italian family. So I make great meatballs, pasta... Mmmm.
As well as being a superstar singer and talented cook, Lady Gaga wants to turn her hand to acting.
The 'Paparazzi' singer - who recently made her acting debut in an episode of US drama 'Gossip Girl' - is determined to pursue her dramatic ambitions further and has set her sights on a big-screen musical adventure.
A source said: "She sees acting as a natural progression in her career. "One idea she has is for a rock opera which would be a huge, big budget movie made to her own very unique ideas. But she is also keen on straight dramatic roles.
"She has the drive and confidence to make it big as an actress."
