In 2009 the world went Gaga. She baffled us with her platinum hair bow, intrigued us with her metal orbit, lured us in with her bodysuit made of bubbles, shocked us with her pants-less ensembles, scared us with her red, lace-covered face, entertained us with her tiny teacup and completely blew us away with the sheer amount of Spring 2010 Alexander McQueen in her "Bad Romance" video. She's not the first pop star to use fashion, hair and make-up to express herself (yes, that was a Madonna reference), but the world won't see a performer as freakishly and deliciously bizarre as Lady Gaga for a long, long time.
