New mother Christina Aguilera treated herself to a night off parent duty - and she was determined to make the most of it.
The singer looked decidedly worse for wear as she emerged from the launch of new Hollywood hotspot Crown Bar after a long night of partying.
The bleary-eyed 27-year-old required the assistance of her husband Jordan Bratman as she stumbled out of the club looking rather unsteady on her towering blue velvet Christian Louboutins.
Her chivalrous companion was more than willing to oblige, throwing her arm around his shoulder to keep her balanced before piling her into the back of their black SUV.
It appears Christina, who gave birth to her son Max in January, had trouble keeping up after such a stretch away from the Hollywood party scene.
Meanwhile, the star is expected to return to the recording studio this month where she plans to work with DJ Premier.
Christina recently revealed she's not short in inspiration for new material to follow up the hugely successful Back to Basics album.
She said: "This whole incredible thing that's taken part in my life, between the pregnancy and the birth, I've got so much to be inspired about and so much in my life to write about.
"I've been brain-storming for the last nine months, actually. This next album will have a whole new me, so there's a lot to look forward to."
