Christina Aguilera has shown off her one-month-old baby boy Max for the first time.
The singer posed with husband Jordan Bratman for the shots – and appears to be revelling in her new role as a mother.
She said: 'We can't stop staring at him. We study him, he studies us back. It's just a beautiful time in our lives.'
The couple also hinted they might adopt a brother or sister for Max. Aguilera gave birth by Caesarean on January 12.
She said: 'I'd heard horror stories about tearing! I really wanted a calm and peaceful environment. It was just a really nice, relaxing way to give birth.'
Raring-to-go dad Bratman wanted to capture the gore on film but was stopped by doctors. 'Jordan wasn't squeamish at all.
He had the video camera ready,' the 27-year-old added. She also told Hello magazine: 'Max is going to grow up in a house where there's lots of love.'
