Christina Aguilera has accused the music industry of unfairly singling out assertive women as "divas".
The Fighter hitmaker insists business bosses are intimidated by outspoken artists, and use the unflattering tag to undermine them.
She says, "If a man's assertive, he's head of the ship.
"If a woman shows the same aggression, she's a diva."
