Do you know what time it is? That's right, it's (cue Oprah Winfrey bellow) Fashion Faceoff time! Today, our candidates are from two different areas of the Hollywood-o-sphere. In the left corner we have former-child-star-turned-successful-actress Christina Ricci, and in the right corner we have musician/living art installation, Lady Gaga.
Christina Ricci debuted the ethereal Marc Jacobs Spring 2010 gown on the red carpet at the 3rd Annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS event held in Dubai during the 6th Annual Dubai International Film Festival. The former "Mermaid" accessorized with blood red lips, full bangs, and flawless makeup.
Surprisingly, Lady Gaga wore the same Marc Jacobs gown for an appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America." The singer paired her dress with a military cap, Lennon sunglasses, and a New York blizzard.
So this is what it comes down to ladies and gents. The Lady's calling card is utterly original fashion pieces, so seeing her replicate another star's look is a bit of a shock. I want Gaga in lobster headdresses and lace body stockings! And for this reason, today she comes out second best. Ms. Ricci, you look gorgeous, and you deserve to win.
