Thanks to pristine via LD, there are two audios of Christina chatting about the movie and working with Cher.
My character – her name is allie Marilyn rose – she comes from Iowa – she works in a bar as a waitress – she has a dream – wants to sing – her grandma passes – she leaves & goes to los Angeles to see what happens – she’s a free spirit – an open mind – a little tough – a little venerable like myself – I tapped into that – then she steps into this whole world of this burlesque environment & falling in love with it & she’s never seen anything before like this in her life & she’s just drawn in2 it & wants so desperately to prove herself to Tess whose Cher’s character & uno they have this sort of on going banter throughout the film – her trying to get Cher to listen to her & her ideas & trying to get her to see her for a performer that she really is & she kind of shuns her away but at the very end they kind of come together & it’s a really incredible emotional moment.

Cher’s been incredible too – since day one – she has just embraced me with open arms – its meant the world to me – her emails of encouragement & support are like unwrapping little pieces of candy & getting the best sensation from it – I mean she’s been very much like a mentor to me – but its strange – the two of us get together in a room & for some strange reason I feel like we are old girlfriends & we’ll talk & talk & talk & she just has stories for days & I just find her the most fascinating person I may have ever met.
