Beyoncé is being sued by a man who says that one of the singer's video shoots caused a personal nuisance to him. Philip Markowitz alleges that he was awakened at 7am by film crews who "invaded his neighbourhood" as Beyoncé shot her 'Why Don't You Love Me' video, reports TMZ. He claims that the crews prohibited him from leaving his house by blocking his driveway and forced him to miss "several business calls" while he attempted to have them moved. "He demanded compensation for the trespass on his property and the inconvenience and delay he had already suffered," the lawsuit read. Markowitz also claimed that he has previously been paid up to $10,000 (£6,500) by other productions for use of his property, but was refused pay by Beyoncé's team who claimed that it was a "low budget film shoot". He is suing the singer for private nuisance and trespassing, and is seeking unspecified damages. Digital Spy
