Actually, Croatian press said something like this: "She either fell because of the extra high shoes, or she fell because she had a little bit too much in the plane."
Like come one, how disrespectful can they be? Woman just got out of the plane in 31 cm high platforms. People would fall in them even if they didn't have them on, they're THAT high, you know.
I hope she will be more careful next time, twisted ankle is really effed up, I know it very well.
